By accessing or using QuickMail AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
QuickMail AI provides an AI-powered email assistance service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use QuickMail AI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Transmitting any harmful or malicious code
- Infringing upon the rights of others
- Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
5. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of QuickMail AI are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
QuickMail AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Order Process and Customer Service
Our order process is conducted by our online payment processor Stripe.com. Stripe.com handles all payment transactions for our orders. We handle all customer service inquiries and returns.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your purchase transaction is processed by Stripe.com.
- Any payment-related inquiries should be directed to Stripe.com.
- All other inquiries related to your order, including but not limited to refunds, returns, and general customer service, should be directed to us.
- The terms of sale provided by us will apply to your purchase, in conjunction with Stripe's terms for payment processing.
11. Refund Policy
QuickMail AI offers the following refund policy for our services:
11.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are calculated based on two factors:
- The number of days remaining in your billing cycle at the time of cancellation.
- The number of emails you have used out of your monthly limit.
- We use the lower of these two calculations to determine your final refund amount, ensuring fairness based on both time and usage.
- The maximum refund you can receive is 90% of your monthly fee, regardless of time remaining or usage.
We offer fair and transparent refunds for our monthly subscription service, taking into account both the remaining time in your billing cycle and your usage of our email service.
Refund Calculation Process:
- We calculate the percentage of days remaining in your billing cycle.
- We calculate the percentage of unused emails from your monthly limit (100 emails per month).
- We compare these two percentages and use the lower one for your refund calculation.
- We apply this percentage to your monthly fee to determine your refund amount.
Examples of Refund Calculations:
Scenario 1: You cancel 15 days into a 30-day billing cycle and have used 20 emails.
- Time-based calculation: 50% of the month remaining
- Usage-based calculation: 80% of emails unused (80 out of 100)
- Final refund: 50% of the monthly fee (using the lower percentage)
Scenario 2: You cancel 5 days into a 30-day billing cycle but have used 90 emails.
- Time-based calculation: 83.33% of the month remaining
- Usage-based calculation: 10% of emails unused (10 out of 100)
- Final refund: 10% of the monthly fee (using the lower percentage)
Please note that refund amounts are subject to the 90% maximum refund limit. For any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact our customer support team.
11.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription and request a refund:
- Log into your QuickMail AI account
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Click on "Check Refund Eligibility"
- Click on "Request Refund" to confirm cancellation and request a refund
11.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
11.4 Exceptions
- Annual subscriptions paid in advance are subject to our standard 30-day money-back guarantee policy.
- Refunds will not be issued for any unused time on monthly subscriptions in cases of account termination due to violations of our Terms of Service.
11.5 Reactivation
If you reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you will be billed for a full month from the date of reactivation, regardless of any refund issued for a previous billing cycle.
